Our Values
Reputable Karate instructors teach martial skills in order that they are not used. This philosophical approach has been called a “martial art”, with the stress on ‘art’, for this very reason. In practical purposes, this means developing physically, mentally, and spiritually. Since every student of karate-do (of the ‘path’ of karate) is unique, some may look for greater physical health, and others for more mental or spiritual development. Karate offers all of these.

True practitioners of Karate-do make this a life-time study. That doesn’t mean that we must stop our lives to study this art. Rather, it means fitting Karate-do into our daily lives. A slow, steady approach to Karate will be far more beneficial than a fanatic burst to learn it all in a few months. You can only know whether this is for you if you try it!!

Karate is fun too! While our training will challenge anyone, regardless of their fitness or previous experience, we hope to make friends in training. Best of all, you are invited to our annual Beach Practice.

Self Defence

Physical self-defense is the use of physical force to counter an immediate threat of violence. Such force can be either armed or unarmed. In either case, the chances of success depend on various parameters, related to the severity of the threat on one hand, but also on the mental and physical preparedness of the defender. Many styles of martial arts are practiced for self-defense or include self-defense techniques. Some styles train primarily for self-defense, while other combat sports can be effectively applied for self- defense.

Karate is the perfect practice for getting the most out of life physically, mentally, and spiritually. The various self-defense techniques that you’ll learn will help you develop physical strength and keep your body fit and flexible. Karate isn’t just for learning self-defense. It’s also great for your overall health and well-being. Karate is a discipline, a fitness regimen, and a form of self-defense that’s useful for all ages. Women Empowerment

Girls are considered weak in strength as compared to boys, so when girls are becoming capable of defending themselves and defending off the physical attacks. People have set up an image of women that they have weak strength, and they have to leave under the protection of men. This belief should be abolished as Girls are also capable of defending themselves. Girls should be trained in a martial art so that they can give a stringent action back to her eve-teasers. They should also be given training of martial art as they become more independent and self-confident.

Karate

“Karate“, a Japanese word, meaning “empty” (Kara) and “hand” (Te). It is a system of attack and defense that used all parts of the body (hands, feet, elbows, fingers, etc.) to kick, punch, chop, but or any other move that is effective in defending yourself. True Karate is a physical Art, a technique if self-defense and a sport. There are a number of reasons you might want to learn Martial Arts. The most obvious, of course, is that you want to be prepared to defend yourself or your family if you’re ever in immediate danger.  

We teach Martial Arts and Yoga, not as a business, but as the culture and tradition we follow with devotion. To help people to receive the life lessons through Martial Arts. To Promote and execute physical fitness and mental health. To shape our generation to prevent from hereditary, inborn, genetic and contagious health problems and to bring out our future generations as a healthy, disease-free generation and disciplined, this is only possible through Martial Arts and Yoga.

To propagate our Traditional martial arts to the entire India and spread knowledge about the change it can bring in everyone’s immune power, strength, culture and lifestyle. To make all the people of our country to practice Martial Arts and Yoga daily to improve their physical health and mental health.
